Looks a lot like our Greater Blackbacked Gull. But the bill is the same whatever - very Yellow.

Another tip, the glass globe of the light fixture makes an excellent salad bowl. Like the birds, have painted the birds. Ever see those posts in Belmont Shores with the seagulls atop?
