I read Updike's early Rabbit novels while in college. They were way beyond my maturity level or full understanding at the time, but I still loved them. I eventually read the other two, with the final being Rabbit at Rest. RIP, Mr. Updike.

Thanks for the Updike tribute. My mother wrote a book about him and I felt the loss of him and her the other day. The poppies photo is beautiful.
