A photo a day of Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills & Palos Verdes Estates, located on the hills of PV peninsula at the southwestern tip of Los Angeles county
Your photos are really fantastic...(specially multi-colourful supermarket)...I am also impressed with deep blue in your today photo...
Beautiful pic, what a blue sky !
Simple, but beautiful with its composition.
The simplicity of the composition is really powerful in this pic Tash. You always do such great work!
Two great birdie pictures this month! (I think you're right about scandinavian vs mediterranean color perception. It might also have something to do witht the colors they see in the nature around them...)
What a brilliant sky behind those starlings!
Great shot! :)
Striking image of black and white on blue sky for SWF!
I love the colors and the composition is awesome.
Good capture of a really hard to take picture.
Whats that about color perception? did I miss something...I think these birds might be the adult version of a couple of fallen nesters I picked up under the Devils Gate Overpass down in the Arroyo. I found someone to take over their care. I'd like to think these two are the same birds.
Nicely balanced composition makes this simple picture great. Very pleasant to look at.
Excellent photo. The sky is so blue!
I enlarged the photo and -- amazing! The detail you captured. yeah, PA, I'll fill you in...
Well I had a similar photo SANS the well placed birds. Guess I'll dump that sucker in the silver trashcan on my Mac. Yours if fab.
Mindblowing.....I guess you have enhanced the colour of the sky in photoshop ...
This is the kind of composition I aspire to, so pared down: the deep blue of the sky, the architecture of the branches and those two birds...quite japanese in its simplicity.
I love the starlings against the blue. All stark and warm at the same time. It's prolly the California light.
The sky is so beautiful here. I don't know why, but crows make me laugh. I find them funny and comical. Go figure :-)
