'I' is for Ideal Lunch Spot - Long Beach Art Museum

A friend took me to lunch yesterday at Claire's at the Museum. The lunch was great and I even had a view of PV in the distance.

Very nice - I like the contrast with the blue sky and the citrus coloured umbrellas.

This shot warms my heart. I lived in Belmont Shore and Naples for 13 years.

Great shot. I really like the way you've framed it with the umbrellas.

Did you see Christo's yellow umbrellas when they were displayed on the Grapevine pass?

I saw those, PA. I made the trip up just to see them. Seems I might have been kind of new here, then. I don't remember what year it was but I went up by myself and I hadn't been up that way before.

Such a beautiful scene, made even more so by your framing within the frame with the bright umbrellas. That sight is lovely and familiar, although I'm most used to palm trees in old downtown Long Beach. When did all the palms go in along PCH? PV is so well situated. You lucky!
