Catalina Pacific Concrete building, 1026 Blinn Ave., Wilmington, CA 90744
The almost abandoned look of the building outlined against the early evening sky made me stop as I drove through the warehouse section of Los Angeles, just north of Port of Los Angeles. The view is from Alameda St., close to E. Grant.
Finding out the identity of the building took some doing. In the end, I found it on Google Maps. From its street view, I was able to track down the company's name on the side of the building.

Twilight makes even industrial buildings look romantic.
Is it abandoneD?
Industrial buildings are so horrible but so photogenic!
nice work with the street view--i'm continually impressed by your tech savoy-ness.
I'm liking how the floodlights illuminate that metalwork. Nice capture.
I love this kind of structures... I mean how they get on photo... nice picture.
Great detective work. I love this kind of building for some reason. Great shot.
These big industrial complexes allways remind me of some kind of science fiction monsters, so the mysterious light on the shot really fits the set! :-)
Nice shot!
This like is such an awesome image. Two days running your images have jumped out the portal.
So different from yesterday warm tones..
this time the structure and the colors are cold..but with a beautiful lighting
