... "just like the ones I used to know, where the car-tops glisten???" - not quite what I had in mind but the busy Peninsula Center parking lot does look festive to me.
However, for a real Winter Wonderland treat, head East to Antjas' Sudbury Daily Photo.
Back in the neighborhood, Amy encountered an uncertain doorman.

Amy is gorgeous and she met a cute friend!
I liked your idea about lights in this first shot, it's really festive!
Well done dear Tash, you are very creative!

From the portal, it actually looked like snow and a winterberry bush. You had us all fooled.
And the doorman is not quite sure what to expect from Amy. Good thing penguins are water repellent.
Clever post.
Love the penguin's expression! More like the doorman encountered an uncertain guest?
Haha! (Albert protects me from plastic blow-ups and wire reindeer.)
You are a funny girl!
At least the tree is wearing a real Xmas outfit!
Amy looks pretty confident. But, the doorman....well, let's just say Amy 1 - Doorman 0.
I love that tree in the parking lot picture! The second picture is just adorable. I'm finally home and having time to catch up on my blogs. Once I go through the 800 pics I took in Chicago, I might be posting a few. I'm just glad to finally be warm again!
It looks like you might have to wait a long time for the snow. Great red leaves on the tree though!
car tops glisten? I like that. It really does appear that way
Looks just like Christmas here. The only difference is most of our malls have undercover parking to keep shoppers out of the direct Sun. Amy looks just like our beloved Herb.
Clever shot and caption. A white Christmas is overrated!
I love both pictures, but especially the second one-- that poor penguin looks awfully nervous! You have a darling doggie.
Keep dreamin'.
Tash, I'm humbled! Thanks so much for the nod. I hope I can keep up with the photos, but I was out in the Winter Wonderland cleaning snow off the car and my back totally went out.
...car tops glisten
LOL!
;-)
It'd be a christmas miracle if you had snow! Lol!
Believe me - you really don't want the kind of white christmas we are having.
A really Californian white Christmas! Love the picture of Amy and the penguin...
Clever and cute.
Look at that tree! Gorgeous!

The dog shot is a classic! Love it.
