Well Preserved (Monochorme Monday)
My son's photo of his new car...1968 Karmann Ghia. Not a bad rear for 42-year-old.
Nothing like a vintage car to pick up the spirits. sometimes I wish I still had my old VW bug. But it was too beat up to keep. Someone really cared for this car.
LoL! your son has excellent taste. & I love how you photographed this with the sunlight highlighting the chrome. You've made this very colorful for a black and white photo.

Not bad at all!
Neat, and well-preserved indeed!
Are you sure you don't live in South Pasadena???
Treat the old girl with care...

Oh my goodness! I haven't seen a Karmann Ghia for so long!
Wow Karmann Ghias have been coveted at least around here for decades. I wonder if they qualify for the Concours D'Elegance?
oh no. I hope he enjoys spending time under the hood as well as in front of it (the engines in the trunk area right?)
Good wheels.
Your son has very good taste!
I had a friend who lived in South Pas and had a white Karmann Ghia. I wonder....

(look at your work e-mail)
I used to think Karmann Ghia was such a funny name...I must Google it. Great shot of a great car. And those old black and yellow plates....
An old beauty, never aging Tash.
