Bougainvillea in Bloom
Variety on the Howlett trail.
Unlike our dog, these pups do just fine walking along with the horse...maybe because it is THEIR horse.
Love your bougainvillea photo Tash! I have some in my backyard and have been wanting to have a little dinner party there and call it Cafe Bougainvillea!
Wilson could NOT walk with a horse, I wouldn't even try it! Both pics are lovely, so PV! LL
Lovely shot of the bougainvillea, spectacular color. I lost my little bougainvillea this winter, poor thing froze to death. Still find it hard to believe that anything could freeze to death in Florida!
(Sometimes the word verifications can be amusing. Today mine says; "press". As I began to scroll down and saw the word the first thought that popped into my head was; "Press what?".)
I used to think all bougainvillea was a deep magenta, since that's what our house in California had. Now, in India I saw white, apricot, and shades of light pink! No matter what color, it's a gorgeous flower, as your photo shows.

Really pretty how the bougainvillea looks against that white fence. I can feel the stress falling away just looking at that shot.
So beautiful. The bougainvillea shot just delights every sense.

Such a striking photo, that first one, so pleasing the colors. And so inviting, too, that second one, inviting us along the path. . .
my favorite shade of bouganvilla (salmon)
