Lake Mary and Mammoth Mountain
Lake Mary is a really pretty Alpine lake with a view of the back side of Mammoth Mountain - fun for boating, fishing both by the shore and on the lake, and for a game of swim & fetch (for our dog). Anticipation.

Great nosey out the window.
Brideshead Revisited? You know I netflicked that last week. Outstanding: Gielgud (or however you spell it) and Olivier. Oliver when he he says, "Beh-ruhl?"
There is a Lake Mary near Flagstaff too, though I think this one is prettier judging by your photo. I love the dog looking out of the car window. It's so... dog-like!

I meant Olivier. At least I can spell that.
What a beautiful spot for family fun! Our Golden would love it!
Isn't this where Deena Castor, the runner, lives and trains?
That dog looks like trouble!

Great color in these pics.
Good to know the dog has a driver.
Both very nice pics: the first as a beatuful view, the second as a portrait of the real meaning of 'anticipation'.
What a perfect place for kayaking! Nice pic.
That water must be cold! I love that shot of your dog. What a cutie!
I regret never having visited Mammoth or Yosemite in the 16 years I lived in CA.
I love that there is a little snow up there in July.
