Happy Mother's Day!
I will get a special Mother's Day treat today - my son and his instructor will fly me around the Palos Verdes coastline. Photos will follow next week(although the marine layer has not cleared up yet.)
I'll be looking forward to seeing those photos, Tash. I've flown over Pensacola a few times in a small plane and it changed my whole perspective, especially seeing the barrier islands, I saw how vulnerable and fragile they really are.

Belated happy mother's day. How exciting about the plane trip. Lovely selection of Kangaroo Paw and Mexican sage.
Wonderful! My husband is a flight instructor and has helped many learn how to fly. He flies feeders for fed-ex now.
