Ladies & Gentlemen of the Rock Plaza - PVDP in NYC (6)

What we did right in our tour of Manhattan - Day 1:
1. Walked up Broadway from Times Sq. to Central Park & down 5th Ave.
2. Stopped @ Tiffany's & did not buy a thing.
3. Had lunch outside at the Rock Cafe (with the view shown in 1st photo)
4. Went up to Top of the Rock
5. Walked, walked & shopped on 5th Ave
6. Went to cheap comedy show ('HA!')

On Sunday, went to mass at St. Patrick's - 3rd photo is of leaving the cathedral.

I'm admiring the height of those doors. Did you see that strange fountain made of neon?

I love the original angle of the first photo, much better than the straight on view I took!

Did you like the Top of the Rock? I though it was brilliant as you get a proper view of Central Park and you can get a great photo of the Empire State Building. And the lift...cool :)

You stopped at Tiffany's and didn't have breakfast? Or anything inscribed? ;-)

Enjoyed visiting NYC with you on your trip. All great shots, Tash, but that first one in today's post is grand! Had a great view of your peninsula while landing at and leaving LAX last week. Spent some good years there on the SoCal coast. :)

Very nice shotes! NYC is just "too nice"! Must be wonderful to walk around in nice autumn weather! ... even without a breakfast at Tiffany's!

these are fun! And like the ones below as well. I once had a ground floor office where the window appeared as a mirror on the street. Oh, the flights of vanity I caught.
