New Houses on Via Rincon

Along the northern hillside of the peninsula, many of the '60s homes are being replaces by beautifully built new ones - at a very steep price. This one is on Via Rincon with the view of the South Bay beaches and more.

What a view!!! Was it necessary to replace the homes? Couldn't they be renewed?

Aren't they afraid they'll go sliding down the hill as oft your homes do? This one has quite the view though. Whew!

I love the beach in the distance - makes me suddenly crave sun and summer, but we have autumn here.

I wonder if many people can pay those prices these days.

That's spectacular. I guess this proves the old saying: location, location, location.

Tash, you worked the hardest and got the most gadgets identified and although I'm giving a print to anyone who at least tried, you get to choose between matte and glossy. My email address is on my website. Let me know!

As a child of the Sixties (a teen, actually!) I would miss seeing the old houses...I remember driving the short distance from Westchester to PV when I got my license, just to watch the ocean and climb up/down the cliffs; checked out tide pools, etc.
