Yeah, it's a lousy reflection post (can you identify the two minor ones?)... what I've been reflecting on is that I am misrepresenting the PV weather with all the blue skies posts. June Gloom (the marine layer encroaching onto the coast) is definitely with us in the mornings and in the late afternoons. Of course, the reference to Oregon in the title is based on the license plate. :) I'm just bummed I didn't get the street sign into the shot - Grayslake Rd.

How does that song go? "It never rains in southern California?" But I know it does, and it's not so bad, especially if you grab a photo like this.
That's a lot of fog! It looks more like Scotland than California.
Thanks for the link on the swimming airships. I hadn't heard of this idea before.
LOL cool!
I hope the weather is better today there!
Happy weekend sweet Tash

Graylake Road....perfect. Thank you for including it in the comment even if it didn't make it into the picture.
the fog is beautiful in its own right. you've captured it perfectly Tash!
I agree with Lily, Tash, the fog is beautiful in its own right and you have indeed captured it perfectly. We've had more than our share of gray, foggy, generally icky weather this spring, but it is glorious today!! Have a great weekend!

June Gloom here in the foothills of Glendale as well, Tash!!!
About 6 years ago, my sister moved to Elmira Oregon, just outside of Eugene...a whole lot of our conversations start with "Is it raining?" or if she's calling me..."is it sunny?"
We have June gloom also in Covina, but without the lovely and mysterious fog. Great shot here.
we all have gray days but i suspect some of us have more than others
Greg's right - I wondered what you were doing in Scotland and you hadn't got in touch with me!
But you get some sun in the middle of the day, right?
Hoping to get caught up with all your posts after a blogging absence. I've missed my glimpses of Palos Verdes.
Yep. That's more like it!

I see a reflection in his mirror and maybe one in your windshield. June gloom is certainly a good name for this!
