Sunny side up...with an ant

I cannot resist taking photos of sunflowers of any kind. This one is from a bunch busting out of the fence around Madrona Marsh, by the busy Sepulveda Blvd. in Torrance, CA (which is adjacent to PV.) Now I got to figure out what to do with a couple of dozen shots of these and other sunflowers.

I take photos even of fake sunflowers, and yours is true, beautiful and inhabited.

The sunny yellow is such a summery image.

Sunflowers always make me smile - they're a "happy" flower. Great shot- I like the ant.

Did you know a sunflower is actually made up of hundreds or thousands of flowers? Of course you did.

That is one heck of a shot...I think you learned not to shoot down on flowers, right?

Just superb work!

I like the itty bitty ant crawling on the petal, too!
