With "shadow" of an oil worker from the 1920's.

Hard to believe how much it has changed ! I used to live on Signal Hill...on what was St. Louis Street went to Signal Hill elementary school (that was back in the 50's). Looks like they still have oil rigs and tank farms (got that terminology from my hubby a retired Texaco petroleum engineer).
