"Ventura Highway, in the sunshine
Where the days are longer
The nights are stronger than moonshine
You're gonna go I know Cause the free wind is blowin' through your hair
and the day surround your daylight there
Seasons cryin' no despair
Alligator lizards in the air" - Ventura Hwy by America...or 110 Harbor Freeway in this case, with Vincent Thomas Bridge in San Pedro in the distance.

How blue is that sky?! VERY! Wow!
Beautiful sky. Love that you captured a VW!
Nothing like being "on the road again."

Great catch for the song!
Fun combination of the Beetle and the 4X4. Both look smallish cars for California - is there a move away from big vehicles? More questions - how many lanes on this freeway - is it 6 on each side? This amazed us in California, and terrified us as first, but by the end of our trip my husband had achieved his ambition of crossing from the inside to the outside lane in a single diagonal manoeuvre.
What a Fantastic Blue Sky !! Great Shot !!Also I Have Started My Own Website And Would Like You To Have A Look At It.I Would Love To Have Your Comments On That Also.Unseen Rajasthan
This is such a cool, on-the-road photo.
Gorgeous blue sky and now I have that song in my head!
Ventura Higway and blue sky, hope you had a boattrip on the Santababara Canal.
I sense you and the family have headed out for an adventure.
Always liked that song. Good one for driving up the coast, of course.
