The Hill From Signal Hill (Palos Verdes Peninsula and Southern LA basin)
Hard to believe how much it has changed ! I used to live on Signal Hill...on what was St. Louis Street went to Signal Hill elementary school (that was back in the 50's). Looks like they still have oil rigs and tank farms (got that terminology from my hubby a retired Texaco petroleum engineer).

Interesting! I enlarged it so I could see the "shadow" better!

Interesting perspective...with lots of drama...like who's providing the shadow...looks like something from the 50s...
Very interesting scene. I like the shadow on the wall too.
Who's the mystery man?
The shadow looks like it could be Mr V. I like this post. Outside of art, local history is my favorite subject.

Great effect, Porcupine Hill looks like something out of 'There Will Be Blood'.
