Driving Home (2)
A classic Southern California sunset & I kept saying to myself, "Pull over, pull over!" The scene reminded me of one of Stef's Sketches.
Taken in San Pedro on 25th Street, heading home to PV, with Mediterranean pizza from Filippo's on Gaffey St.
Thanks all for the wonderful comments. I DID really pull over & the line of cars in the shot were parked along the side of the street and there was really no traffic. (So I'm safe from Maya's wrath :)
Amazing! Whenever I shoot from the car, I call it a "Drive by Shooting." You can use that if you do this again :-) Oh yes, and when I say shoot, I mean with my camera of course :-)

The colour of the sky is just amazing! I'm glad you managed to take a photo and share it!
It really is a tranquil moment in time when the car in front of you seems to take on the same sky color.
Oh wow, this is GORGEOUS!
Well the sun and California sky know how to welcome you back!!
Ohhhh, lovely! I'm telling Stef if no one else has.
Yep, it's a classic SoCal sunset. Stunning pastels!
Hello from New York! Wow. That is some incredible sky there.
This is absolutely amazing! One I would love to paint :)
Thanks for mentioning me, I really appreciate.
Petrea told me about your post, thanks Petrea!
Why didn't you pulled over? Anyway the shot is great. I really like the red car in front of you witch balances the photo. Ciao!
Love the sunset, hate the bumper to bumper. Guess it/'s a tradeoff, right??? Great one.
Great photo. It looks like something straight out of a Grand Theft Auto game, and that's meant as a compliment. :)
That is gorgeous! The reflection in the red car adds another wonderful dimension.
OMG! Just how gorgeous is that sky.
I feel the same as all of the above posts!! This photo is amazingly beautiful...and cool how the car in front shares the color of the sky!
what a gorgeous color!

Some moments are just too good to miss!
Stop and reflect is just perfect for today's holiday. Beautiful photo.

Duck goes "kva" and a goose....hm good question! Can I call a friend or ask the audience? ;)
Did you, in fact, pull over, or will I have to chastise you like I do DC? Hmmm??
Oh, and I forgot to say, GORGEOUS!
