Spanish Style Classic

This house has preserved the original and elegant Spanish style of the 1920s and 1930s arthitecture within Palos Verdes Estates.

I love this style. Especially when small colored tiles are used as part of the decoration.

Where we lived in Compton, the tract began as a Spanish style community. It didn't last long before the restrictions were lifted, but there were a few really distinctive homes scattered here and there. I always thought they had such character. - Margy

It's a beautiful home with charming, not to mention historic, architecture.
