Thru the Window / At the Window - Malaga Cove Library

Playing with sepia at the library; that's my reflection in the 2nd photo at the old ticket window to the downstairs gallery at the Malaga Cove Library.
I'm also playing with HTML format - trying the 'table' format.

Love both of these, Tash. Your reflection and the image of the man captured through the window draw us in and hold us.

love the ironwork and the partial view through the window.

I see you in there Tash! I'm finally getting back to normal after my son's wedding last Saturday. They are off honeymooning in St. Augustine this week!

Do you do your own coding? I'm going to have to pick your brain one day soon.

kind of like the perfectly lined window next to the reflected "you" who like the window seems to be perched at a angle.

Perfect subjects for your choice of sepia tones. The sepia definitely heightens the vintage look of the mysterious hatted figure seated beyond the window pane; just as it also highlights the intricate wrought iron work, emphasizing its history and age.
Goes to show that some things have more charm in monochrome than in Technicolor.

Windows always make nice subjects for pictures.

Like both of yours.

Very interesting framing. I really do like these portraits of sorts in sepia. It adds another dimension of character.

I really love this library and it's fabulous how you made your photos retro like the location. Well done.
