East from Western (SkyWatch Friday)

Sunrise on 16 March 2010, as seen from Western Ave. just South of PV Drive North, looking East, at the eastern edge of Rancho Palos Verdes. The little bitty smokestack is from the Conoco Philips (the old Union 76) Petroleum Los Angeles Refinery along Anaheim St., in Wilmington.

Wishing you a bright SKYWATCH Friday!

I'm just catching up on your blog. How do I get behind so quickly?

I love the flower shots (all that color makes me happy), and this sunset is spectacular! Oh, and the OWL? LOVED it!
