Chateau MontMer
In France? No, it's an "older" stately mansion in Palos Verdes.
Just gorgeous. There was a time when I thought I'd like to live in a place like that. Now, I'm old enough to know better...of course, all that maybe hogwash and the real thing is that I couldn't afford to pay the electric bill!
I remember some grand old homes in an area I think was called Bixby Knolls in the Long Beach area. I remember driving by when I was a kid wondering how life might be behind those lovely walls. - Margy

Great words Tash,
Anyway this mansion is outstanding!

I could do stately, as long as I wasn't there as part of the hired help. Maybe they need an onsite photographer?
Agree that I once thought that this would be fun, but the upkeep....
Gorgeous, though. Who lives there?
It's fabulous! And huge!

And here I thought you were in France and didn't stop by! ;-)
I hear that house has quite the story behind it. It is huge! Love the photo.
