A nice place in PV Estates
Palos Verdes Estates Planning Commision requires tile roofs. House sizes are optional. The view is across the Santa Monica Bay.
Bet my whole house would fit inside their garage. LOL Must be great to have so much money, the property alone had to be in the millions and then to build the Ritz Carlton on it...I can't begin to imagine the dollar signs. Ah to be one of the rich and famous, I can only dream. =D

That mansion is way too big for any family, it should be a resort or small hotel. However it is a lovely place with a great view.
I wouldn't turn it down.
