Today is the 5th Anniversary Tribute to Eric of Paris Daily Photo from fellow CDPBloggers, who are trying to imitate his technique of taking superb photos from a different point-of-view.
When I started this blog almost 2 years ago, after having first discovered Jazzy's Tuzla Daily Photo (my home town in Bosnia), then Eric's PDP and CDP. At first I thought mostly about the creative venue CDP offered... and then realized what I've really gained is the wonderful friendships and connections I've made thru this community.
Thank you, Eric!

Tash, I had no idea of your connection with Jazzy and Tuzla DP. I've been a fan of hers for a long time, too.
Your Tenin tribute image is wonderful, gives us a real feel for PV, but has that feel of Eric's work. Wish we had that blue sky right now. It has been a cold, cold, cold and gray week here. Thanks for the SoCal sunshine break!

Like Kim, I also had no idea of the connection with Jazzy and her great blog. I love your photo - a perfect tribute to Eric and you are so right, what he and CDP gives us are all these wonderful friendships.
Friendships indeed, Tash. And with real people whom we can trust to be who they purport to be, not sleazebags etc.
Thank you so much for this contribution. It really has Eric written all over it.
Nice example of the Tenin Technique!
A wonderful picture!
How cool! Thanks dear Tash for leaving me that comment, I didn't know about him, and it's fabulous!
Your picture is perfect!I use to do it in my photographies but it's for instinct, I'm completely alienated, I need to do some photography lessons, maybe it could help me also with my French!
Thanks again, you are so kind!
hugs

This day of celebrating M. Tenin and his inspired and inspiring work is turning into such great fun. This is a perfect image and perfect text to honor the father of CDP.
This is a wonderful tribute to Eric! And is that your family up in the lighthouse? :)
Great point of view and terrific tribute! It's great that we can all join together and celebrate our fellowship!
I love the people in the window. (You guys are having a good time today; I'm enjoying everyone's take.)
What a gorgeous shot Tash!
Hi Tash
That's me down bellow looking up and waving
Looks like the leaning tower of PV.
Great shot Tash! I too have really enjoyed CDP and meeting so many awesome people from all over the world! p.s. I like the little man waving from the inside of the light house!
Lovely photo, Tash. And even lovelier words. Congratulations on both.
Great story and a wonderful photo to go with it. With a sky that clear and blue I imagine they're getting quite a view from that window!
I love this Tenin image. great choice
A great tribute to Tenin.
A lighthouse to show us the way.
Nice example of the Tenin Technique!
I love lighthouses even when they're leaning like the tower of Pisa. Nice homage to the technique.
Tash, I'm slowly making my way through everyone's tributes to Eric. Love yours! And do you know I've never been to Jazzy's blog? I will soon, as I visit all the tributes!
