Spotting Horseman (Dayton, Ohio)

The horse's name is Alvi - he is very pretty and quite shy.
Most of you know that Palos Verdes is a place to spot horses and riders. What I didn't expect was to meet up with these guys in Dayton, Ohio, on the edge of the Huffman Prairie Flying Field Interpretive Center (owned by the U.S. Air Force and operated by the National Park Service) which has a memorial to the Wright Brothers and overlooks the flying field the brothers used as their testing ground.
The rider passed by on a path skirting the grounds, came back to pose for me AND offered me a ride which I unfortuantely did not accept. Such a nice man.

Sounds to me that our unknown horseman has a bit of the galant cowboy in his heart...a true gentleman cowboy, much like John Wayne. Ah and I thought they didn't make them like him any more. :)
