Rainy morning (SkyWatch Friday)
On my commute, with alteration in PhotoShop with artistic-underpainting filter.
I like this!!! And this is coming from one who doesn't typically like this kind of photoshop work...The subject , colors, composition are all enhanced by the special effects!!! Good call!!!

This definitely looks like art. The sky is obvious and speaks for itself, but the rest is open to interpretation. Quite clever. :)
