Imitating the Minarets - Eastern Sierra Nevada, CA
From the Minaret Vista point at Mammoth Mountain, 18 July 2010
interesting...you would have real troubles getting a design like that across a committee. They'd be all over the possible law suit factor with the pointed edges. People are stupid, but not so stupid that they can't find legal representation after doing something stupid.
Looks like I over shot the comments and left my thoughts in the wrong post below. Though the "bridge" or "tunnel" is an interesting shot my comment will probably seem out of context there. LOL I'll place it here, where it should have been to start with. :)
All of the photos are marvelous, but the first one with those majestic mountain peaks, takes my breath away. Just awe inspiring !

Say hi to the Chief and the Tess...
I like this a lot. It's a cool idea, well executed and well photographed.
What stunning pictures. You always capture wonderful composition and colors.
Love that top shot! It truly has teeth.
Looks like you are having a great time. That is a cool sculpture of the mountain range. - Margy
Wonderful capture. Love that the real mountains are the silhouette to the sculpture, that replicates the real mountains.
Great capture !
