Biplane Cowboy

Two weekends ago at Brackett Airport (La Verne, CA), this handsome young man was filmed running into the biplane (over and over) after the day's rides were done. Maybe the filming was for a Spanish language "telenovela".

"FLY with The BARNSTORMER" (The Travel Air bi-plane with tricycle landing gear) on every 3rd Sunday of the month at Brackett.

Yes, an actor. So I'm wondering, they let you get that close to take the photo? Usually film crews are proprietary. (steve, from templecitydailyphoto.blogspot.com).

A true bug smasher. When we had our plane there we parked on the other side of the transient ramp by the large hanger. It was a nice little spot where we could drive through. The Arrow is such a dog on the ground to push. At that time, Mt. SAC had their training facility right there as well. - Margy

Oh! «Louis» would like to fly in this plane!

(ahem) There would be a problem getting your big bovine butt into the small cockpit of that plane...
