Coastal Access
This view is from the public access area of the Trump National Golf Course looking down at Portugese Bend; the access is a nice wide lawn on top of the bluff, with a trail to the shore. The golf course first opened as Ocean Trails, had a landslide that swallowed up the 18th hole, was then bought by Trump & restored/reopened in 2006.

City beaches! Like in my own city!... OMG!!! Hope you can bring us more images of this spot soon...
Tash, thanks for your nice comment in my blog...you for sure take more than "snapshots"....you live in a beautiful place!! I sure miss that great California weather!!
Is this the site of the old Marineland? I see paths in the distance. Is there bluff parking?. I've not been to Palos Verde in a long while and would enjoy coming to this area if I thought it wouldn't be a hassle figuring out where it is and where to park. Lovely Bottlebrush in the foreground.
