Convict Lake in Eastern Sierra Nevada, CA (Weekend Reflections)

A belated Weekend Reflection photo of a "colorful  backdrop of Paleozoic metamorphic rock" (quote from Wikipedia) reflected onto Convict Lake, taken last Sunday morning from a path that goes around the lake.

This is spectacular, Tash. It looks a lot like the lakes up high in Glacier National Park, in Montana.

I was in Convict Lake once, in the early spring, and it was COLD!! This is a spectacular photo.
