The lighthouse at Pt. Vicente as reflected in the round window of the PV Interpretive Center.

... and then looking the right way from the same spot as above. The birds are pelicans and in the distance is Catalina Island.

A reflection very well spotted, that must not have been easy to take, technically speaking... Very impressive : I just love the contrast between the blur and the neat... Well done.

Pelicans - how exotic. I would have said seagulls.

I love the two pictures, the first one is so cool, a kind of playground to my mind! ;)
*** Today I had the opportunity to attend a photo exhibition about the work of Robert Doisneau. For sure I remember about you and your passion of photography!
When you have time, I did a post about him in my Bonjour.
Hugs and a nice week ahead

The double reflection is an interesting prospective. Glad you also included the reflection's original.
Lighthouses are interesting, most of them date back many years and have intriguing histories. I would imagine that this one does also.

Wonderful shots! I just got back from Cape May, NJ and I found out that lighthouses are not easy to photograph. I also looked but couldn't find a reflection of the lighthouse. That makes me appriciate yours even more.
