Theme Day: Fountains

The Neptune fountain, a 3/4 size replica of the fountain in Bologna, Italy was placed in Malaga Cove Plaza in the late 1920's. I just realized that Neptune is facing West.

Beautiful. But then again what in Italy isn't? :-)

Rather lovely. But as much as the fountain I was transfixed by the soft evening sky, and that subtle gradation of colour.

I remember that butt.

Very impressive, Tash. Those girls seem to be squirting in a way that wasn't in my anatomy books.

Lactating mermaids!

I am of the opinion that a fountain is not qualified to be called such if they don't feature lactating mermaids or a urinating cherub.

I thought I recognized it even though I've not been to Malaga Cove. But Bologna is another matter. Looking toward the sea, I see.
