Off of Hwy 101
I'm back from a splendid family Thanksgiving mid-way up the state. As you may have guessed, I took a few pictures on the way up.
Wanna guess where we stopped on the way up?

Gone (in Rolling Hills Estates)
A '60s ranch house, at the corner of PV Drive North and PV Drive East, is no more. It's been empty for a while. I think it was last used as a realty office. Recording these kind of changes always makes me sad.
Here is the "WAS" snapshot from March 2008 (a month before I started PVDP),
taken while we were stopped at the traffic light.

PACIFIC STANDARD TIME - Fall Back
Today we set our clocks back to Pacific Standard Time.
But this Pacific Standard Time refers to the initiative of the Getty, with participation of arts institutions across Southern California, to celebrate the LA art scene from 1945 to 1980.
By April, I plan to see all the exhibits in the museums and catch at least a few at the participating galleries...even though photographing the art is not allowed.
