A '60s ranch house, at the corner of PV Drive North and PV Drive East, is no more. It's been empty for a while. I think it was last used as a realty office. Recording these kind of changes always makes me sad.
Here is the "WAS" snapshot from March 2008 (a month before I started PVDP),
taken while we were stopped at the traffic light.

So sad... I always think that people were once happy in such places, they laughed, loved, entertained....it was home.
I hope 'my house' won't suffer the same fate, but fear it will.
Bummer (especially seeing your before photos, which looks like the house had some nice features). Any clue what's going to be built in its place?
Guess the land is too valuable not to be used for something else. - Margy
i wonder what will take its place.
me too - is so beautiful in it's feral state
How sad, I hope something good will take its place.
Tash - I believe you're right - I think the broker that sold my folks their house in the mid sixties worked out of there. It had not been used for quite awhile but I hate to see it taken down like that......so sad.
Looks like it was a cool building with character...hope it's replaced with something equally as interesting!
