Sam & Eddie's was NOT OPEN...
but the excellent DARK STAR (used) BOOKS & COMICS across the street was. |
I came away with 4 comics and 3 books: 1921 edition on historical quilts, a 1919 Zane Gray western, and modern art book from the early 1930's. And from Village Artisians Co-op, I purchased a vibrant mountain & field watercolor by
Sue Brezine.
